Hi all! Our Test Site funds are now under an account in Aalto University and claims are done on NEO (cost claim system): https://neo.aalto.fi/.

Ask the Test Site coordinators about how much funds we have for your project. Then refer below for the process of receiving refunds for purchases made for the Test Site.

Process for getting refunds for purchases made for the Test Site

Instructions summary:

1. Create a profile in NEO here

2. Log in to NEO: neo.aalto.fi

3. Create an expense report in NEO

When submitting a claim, the student needs to attach an approval form (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1oABvTK1Cb_elE5_dQDqmhZjUTgnbCi9N/view?usp=sharing) or an approval email as a PDF to the claim in NEO. Add the permission: Add expense and use expense type Attachment.
